Shipping Policy
The delivery times and costs will be displayed in the shopping cart at the time of your order. The selected carrier transit times will be displayed prior to checkout and an estimated delivery date will appear for an order placed on that day. Please note our distribution center is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm excluding national holidays. Any order placed outside of those business hours will be processed the following business day. Although we try to process every order the same day it may take an additional 24 - 48 hours to process your order during peak periods.

Shipping and Handling
Orders are processed once payment is received. All orders are shipped from our distribution centre located in Montreal, Quebec. Canadian & US Orders are shipped using the standard shipping option will typically arrive in four (4) to seven (7) business days, Monday through Friday not including holidays. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days for shipments to remote locations. Expedited shipping options are not available for all locations.Shipping Carriers
Canadian Orders - Shipments are shipped via Canada Post or FedExUS & International - Shipments are shipped via USPS or DHL
International Orders(Outside of Canada & the US):
Please note, that when a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations of the country of destination. We do not assume any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply. If you are unsure of the customs fees, we encourage you to contact your local customs office prior to ordering.
