We make returns easy and it doesn't cost you a thing!* Please follow the appropriate link below and make sure you use the same email that you did when you placed your order. By following that link, you'll be able to state whether you need an exchange or a refund and print a pre-paid shipping label. *International customers: We only offer size exchanges to our Canadian and US customers. If you live outside of Canada or the US, you must pay for the return shipping back to us and we will charge you for the shipment of the new pair.
