Refunds and Exchanges


Returns
Our policy is good until the jeans have been worn and the tags have been removed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including the clear plastic poly-bag that it came in. Please email us prior to sending the jeans back. We must issue you a return RMA number and if you live in North America, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label.

Refunds
Please email us prior to sending the jeans back. We must issue you a return RMA number and if you live in North America, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@boulderdenim.com.

Exchanges
We offer one-time size exchanges per jean order. If the jeans don't fit, please keep the original box and clear plastic bag that the jeans came in. Email us at hello@boulderdenim.com and we will take send you a pre-paid shipping label that you can us to ship us back the jeans. After we receive and inspect the jeans, we will send you your new size and notify you by email.

Please note: We only offer size exchanges to our Canadian and US customers. If you live outside of Canada or the US, you must pay for the return shipping back to us and we will charge you for the shipment of the new pair. Unfortunately some International shipping costs us more than the value jeans so this is our only option. Please reach out to us at hello@boulderdenim.com for any additional questions or concerns.
